Standard turn-around time on patent drawings is 7 working days from acceptance of job. Upon request we can provide 3-5 working day turn-around at a nominal upcharge of our standard per sheet rate.

When workload permits, we will return cases to our clients earlier than the requested review date without assessing additional charges.

Our timeframe agreement does not extend to the following circumstances beyond our control:

a) customer delays, including unreasonable delays in providing requested information, approving drawings, etc.;

b) acts of nature, including earthquakes, floods, fires, or other events causing damage to our business or disruption to our delivery methods or delivery providers;

c) criminal acts by third parties, including theft or damage to our equipment, premises, or customer provided materials.
